Questions
Do I have to give you my password?
No. You connect with the code the game emails you, the same way you log in on a new phone. We never see or store a password.
Do I need to download anything, or keep a PC on?
No. There's no app, no PC program and no emulator. Clumzy Bot runs on our cloud servers; you manage it from the browser on any phone, tablet or computer.
Does it keep running when my phone is off?
Yes. The bot runs on our servers, not on your phone. Always-on watchers react straight away; everything else runs on a regular check every hour.
Can I still play my own account?
Yes. Tap "I'm playing" in the dashboard and the bot pauses for 15 minutes or longer. It picks up again when the pause ends.
How many characters can I run?
The trial runs one character. Starter runs up to 3, Growth up to 10 and Scale up to 25, from one game account or several.
Can I choose what it does?
Every automation has its own on/off switch and settings: level bands for rallies and zombies, which squads to send, store items to hold, shield thresholds and more.
How do I cancel?
From the Billing page, any time. Your plan runs to the end of the month you paid for.
